Who We Are
Helping Florida Families In Crisis Find Stability
Family Promise of Southeast Florida (formerly Family Promise of South Palm Beach County), opened its doors in 2008 to serve families in South Palm Beach County and has since expanded to meet the needs of more families throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties. We are one of more than 200 local affiliates of Family Promise nationally, which has been on the forefront of the nation’s fight against family homelessness since 1985.
Our Mission:
To empower families in making their transition from homelessness to sustainable independence.
We serve families in crisis by providing temporary shelter, meals, mental health counseling, life skill education, financial literacy training, referral services and comprehensive case management, through our Road to Independence Program.
Family Promise of Southeast Florida follows the light of the Family Promise five-point star, which shines on the principles of: promise (to keep families together), prevention, shelter, stabilization and community.
